Gulermak is the extension of the private company formed by Vildan Guleryuz under his own name in 1958. This private firm was involved in numerous civil and industrial projects, turnkey industrial plants, dams, highways, thermal power plants, rotary kilns and others. In 1976, Gulermak was formed as a joint stock corporation, taking over the heritage of Vildan Guleryuz and continuing along the same guidelines until today.
